With virtually ubiquitous internet connectivity in the 21st Century, e–mail has become in many cases a more effective way of communicating than telephone. To this end, St. Mary's would like to ask each family to register an e–mail address with the school to ensure timely communication of important school announcements such as closures on account of weather, significant school events or changes in schedule.

Because we understand that privacy is important to you, we pledge that St. Mary's will only contact you for the purposes stated below, and that we will never share your addresses with others. Furthermore, our system will ensure that your address is not revealed to other St. Mary's faculty, staff or families.

To register your e–mail address with St. Mary's, please click on the registration link at left in the language of your choice. You will be asked to provide the name and grade of your child (or children) at St. Mary's to help ensure that information sent by e–mail remains within the St. Mary's community.

プライバシーの重要性に対する見地から、セント・メリーズは以下に明記する目的においてのみご連絡差し上げること、またご登録いただく電子メールアドレスを他と共有しないことを固くお約束します。さらに、アドレスが担当以外の教職員や保護者の方々に直接見えない形でシステムの運用を進めて参ります。
